You need read it more correctly, not only this line
The full text is:
"If you use Home screen settings app, use N9/50 QTwaek carefully – it can cause REBOOT-LOOP !

DON’T use rotation from tweak A, B and background changer from tweak W !!!"

Ah okay they're all one condition, so it should it be read as:

I cant install the notifications in the status bar with Coderus Unrestricted System UI

How you installed it ? Via tweak or manually ?
show full output.
Also check in the setting-application-network speed if this on or off.

I got 0 errors everything else is good just no notifications

yes network speed is on

Ohhh, you mean notification in status menu, not network speed..
You need activated punnable menu from T-3-2-2 (menu with notification)...

M for browser mods as well as M for middle refresh.
