I have seen that problem but have always been able to reconnect by simply switching the profile from disconnected to whatever profile I want to use. Problem also appears with switching between AP's.

Can someone know the command (in terminal) for refresh the skype ?
Sometimes after video call, when I disconnect from internet (3G/wifi) and reconnect again I get network error on the skype.. And only reboot help fix this problem...
