Did you try installing the Armel binary??
http://packages.debian.org/sid/armel...mysql/download
Since php5-mysql wouldn't be a graphical utility relying on maemo's custom libraries... the armel package may just work without you having to recompile it. Assuming the Dependencies can be met.
As I reffered I try to accomplish a LAMP on N810. I have also installed mysql. Now I need to "connect" php with mysql. So, in other words I need an equivalent php5-mysql for maemo. I have been looking for 4 days ...but nothing....
So I decided to make the big step.
I want to try to compile it by myself. Through googling I found out that I need maemo sdk (now I am downloading the vmware version of it for windows, later I will try on ubuntu 8.04). I have the source of php5-mysql from debian packages. Now what is the next step????
(any tutorial acceptable )
(I want to compile it by myself, but if someone, in the meantime manage to compile it please, let me know....)
