There seems to be available also the "wikipedia_en_2013-10-07.torrent" file: http://evopedia.info/dumps/wikipedia...-10-07.torrent
But at the moment there is 0 seeds and peers.

I have only one peer in whatever swarm that there is that I can see, probably juiceme who is at 99%.
(edit)and finishing that I have no peers visible to me.
If there is now a functioning torrent?
who needs this torrent running?
Who can seed?
Is there somewhere we can archive these?
Does anyone have other language archives?
MP107, I am getting 1 100% seeder and a 0% downloader on the .torrent you have linked form evopidia, that was not previously working when I checked last week.

The evopedia.info:6162 "official" tracker seems to work only for some time (just as if on someone's PC which is being turned on and off; just my assumptions). But when it is available it has the file and is ready for seeding.

I think I could only see and downloading from juiceme. But only around 3kb/s. It looks also that these trackers are blocked by my provider or there is no dns record. The maximum peers I could see was 6. I downloaded 100mb so far but also nobody downloaded anything from me (ports are open). Now I stopped it will try later.

Damm! I have still Downloading 0 bytes from 0 to 0 peers.
Good thing is that this time I have downloaded many public domain Chaplin movies with Transmission

Looks like I had some uplink throttling which I did not notice, but now I am seeding at 5MB/s, is that OK?

Even 1bit/s would be fine, but do I have wrong .torrent-file? I have tested almost all that linked in this thread.
