Maybe problem came from an incomplete uninstall of v.9.6.2
Not sure what went wrong yesterday.

Ок, I found where had a problem and why it can't be installed via double click on the file. Version repackaged and reuploaded. Just reinstall it...

I can't update n9qtweak
using option UU it says that this file not exist
by manually installing always installation failed

it's ok, try to install over again. or run befor reinstallation
apt-get remove --purge -y n9-qtweakall
and after this dpkg -i
apt-get remove --purge -y n9-qtweakall

I might be a bit late to the party in solving this bug, but I couldn't find anything. I've found the culprit to the music and status bar bugs where it takes ages to load. @kaien from twitter helped narrow it down.
Use GConfik to disable the orientation widget, then restart. No more lag when opening the status bar nor when opening Music for the first time.
