I've hit a problem, Harmattan scales avatars to quite a low res not suitable for this, would anyone mind having an external UI to set images for contacts without modifying the contact itself? Maybe with Facebook sync later?

Facebook sync would make it even more usable. Would that also change the avatar in contacts or just for the incoming call screen? If the first way, for contact for which N9 takes pictures from facebook or gtalk already, wouldn't that cause some kind of conflict?

I think maybe you can create a script or something that When phone ringing it will look in to the specific folder for good images with names exactly like in the address book? And user only need to create a some good quality images and put them to this folder..

When we get an incoming call we get a screen saying "Swipe to answer". Is it possible to get the caller image on that screen rather than the wallpaper? I tried searching but couldnt find the file. Is there any such file?
