I put a strip of velcro on the back (the hook side, not the fuzzy side) and it is a great in-car video player for my kid. I can just stick it to the back of the headrest, and she sits and watches all her movies when we go on long trips to the in-laws. It is tiny compared to other media players I see around, but the screen is quite big.

I find the best transcoding parameters for the N800 are 400x240, @ 650-700kbps, mp3 audio @ 128-160kbps. If you crop your video to 400x240 so there are no black bars it looks really amazing, and people always ask, "where'd you get that? It is really nice!"

With the newish Opera Mobile for it, its a great web browser... minus the flash. But flash was terrible on the tablet anyways.
