Did you tried reboot and wait a few minutes ?
I Hope you not hide oPerator name from other tweaks ?

i use only color change to operator.i change to orange color.nothing else

Hmm weird... Try to change back to white... Don't know why it not work for you..
I Will yet to change to another colour, will see.. What code you used for colour?

Colour it's not a reason, it changed with my custom operator name without any problem..
To remove operator icon tweak J-1-15
I Don't have this icon from beginning, don't know why, but You can try..
