Okay, I managed to solve it. Attached is the .deb file for the free version of morpho quickpanorama that works in PR1.2.

It looks like the free version is installable again--I was able to install it at about 3:30pm PST.
Anybody else have the same problem? Or maybe a copy of the .deb for offline install? Or maybe it's not compatible with PR1.2...
