It's probably going to be this weekend the way my schedule is looking... which means 4 more days with my old E75. *SIGH*

Honestly the hardest part of flashing your N9, is getting the firmware file :P

Once you have that its a piece of cake

Gotta do things once and then you will be able to do it many times after, means you can start doing more tinkering and you know you can just re-flash if it goes wrong.

Just follow a guide n give it a go

Here's an AWESOME guide

http://www.n9fanclub.com/2011/11/how...11-on-any.html

Just obviously look for the V30 instead of V20 in Navifirm.

Best of Luck

ps. Add -R to the end of the CMD command, itll auto reboot your N9 after flashing

e.g

Code:
flasher.exe -F Firmware.bin -f -R

Hmmm, I've updated Wazapp & 'faster N9' to newer versions a few times now. Each time I delete the old version first, before installing a new(er) version. I don't reboot in between as the OP did and my battery is fully charched when installing.
No problem whatsoever...

Thanks to Arie and a little motivation from you guys and we're back!

Basically, as soon as you have WinFlasher installed, Navifirm downloaded, and the 2 huge files for rootfs and emmc in your pocket, the whole process takes about 5 minutes. So if I need to do this again, it won't take long.

Nice to have a fresh N9. Wonder how many of those apps I won't bother to redownload...

^ i realized that too...everytime i re-flashed i ended up not re-installing a few apps...it just shows what a failure the app count logic is...other than a few essentials and games nobody actually uses the other apps other than for novelty value.
