Bounce should be included on your N900 by default.

Classic example of arbitrary Nokia decision making. Couldn't just fallback to the no brainer of tagging with lat/lon if network isn't accessible, could you Nokia?

My N900 didn't have Bounce preinstalled, my version is(copied straight from *#0000# when dialing it in phone): RX-51_2009SE_2.2009.51-1_PR_MR0
Bought it from Three Sweden, if that makes a difference. Probably not.

Hmm, weird. I don't really know how the preinstalled software is determined. Anyway, mine came from Amazon with it preinstalled.

If you can't get an Ovi store account to download these, all I can suggest is adding the repository manually and using apt to install them from the command line. The repository details are:
Code:
Catalogue name: Ovi
Web address: https://downloads.maemo.nokia.com/fremantle/ovi/
Distribution: ./
Components:
Then try, in X Terminal:
Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install bounce angrybirds

You don't need a deb file: just use the repo like Rob1n suggested. I'm not sure that will remain an option for long, so you should do it soon.

If the Ovi store is blocking based on IP address, then yes, you'll need to try using a proxy server. I'm surprised that Nokia are doing that though.
