Apparently I think I have the same problem, the battery is discharging very fast, so I will continue checking, and will inform the problem

the thing is that my battery started to get discharged each 3 hours (it's time to change it)
even before the latest bp update

so i can't check the effect of the latest update

please confirm as fast as possible

PS: but i think the performance is much improved right ?

Updated to latest version yesterday, I see the min freq is now 500MHz. No issues so far, battery discharge rate is as good as before, as for an improvement in performance, nothing obvious so far.

updated to latest version. I changed minimum freq back to 250 and maximum back to 720. I dont know if its just me but I see on overclock profile that this freq isnt there. Instead there is 700 mhz. I get an error when i kernel-config load overclock that 700 isnt supported. Please can someone have a look at this and confirm?

Guys, with kernel v50 you can have smartflex on @850 without any problems. With the v.6 battery patch my battery was draining like crazy, don`t know about the latest version I`m just too tired to install it (had random reboots as well....not anymore.

You can have smartflex on and at 900, in my experience, though I am lately running with Max and Min at 600, because of a comment by vi that seems to indicate that 600 is the fastest energy efficient setting.

When Titan ran the same tests back in the day (when he was developing/maintaining KP), the results were almost identical. His finding was that the top spec was right at 500. It makes sense, since that's the listed top speed for the chip. I've been running 500/900 for close to, if not over, two years now.
