This is how one surf itT from your tablet without having a fit

Easiest: switch on "-- Classic" (or "-- minimalistic", seems even faster)
log in from your browser, choose FORUM, scroll down to the bottom of the page, on the blue bottom border,
there is a white rectangle, click it and choose "-- classic".
From now on, when visit itT, go straight to FORUM>New Posts and refresh. For some reason, --classic does NOT work with Home.

Less easy: shed some tear with webkit!
Step by step to install tear, http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...highlight=tear, or http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...highlight=tear, it is eye-blinking even with itT!

Other choices which I have NOT tried: .css file
http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...highlight=.css

Enjoy,

bun

I used to use Classic, but since the Minimalistic theme was released, I've been using that. Minimalistic is much faster, eh?

Way too much change from the usual format. Yes, it appears faster, however, you would have to adapt to like it, not like the classic, which is just a change in the background color. Now, how do I go back to my classic, there is NO button to go back. That is another quirk I do not like. But yes, this is another option.

Edit: got it. you click normal version at the bottom of the screen, that will take you back to, well, the normal and one can then choose whatever version they like.

Yup, classic is... um, classic.

Minimalistic looses some features too.

BTW, Tear 0.3 is the fastest so far. Including any CSS tweaks with MicroB... IMHO

Tear: On top of the speed advantage, it does NOT crash/hang/ill behaving!

Classic has some funny glitches in the CSS (some headings can be white-on-white), so I don't recommend using it without local CSS to patch that. Minimalistic is light and fast, almost complete, and is light-on-dark, which is a huge plus for me.

Tear and/or webkit-eal FTW with any theme, though.
