Hello all,
I've had my n810 for a couple weeks , and I do like it. It took me awhile to figure out how to add the extra programs , and I hope someone with infinate knowledge will help me. I'm an XP gamer,
pc builder , but completely new to linux. I seem to have some problerms streaming video from like utube, live leak. I noticed
they work better the closer I get to my linxus router.
The unit always connects fast , and has a good signal. I just read
a thread about streaming radio , seem to mention turning off the power saving feature on the wifi , I found that the other night, but haven't experimented with it much . I am wondering about the
virtual memory setting. should I set it to the full 128mb? will that help with the videos? I installed a 8g mico sd sdhc or whatever it is,
and have 4gigs of my music on it, it works great . I really spent alot of time finding the sd card , has nokia fact rep said it must be the
#4 speed . Plwease help , any Ideas , MISSLE! Oh and rapsody worked great , but it's just a trial , all the others stream for a while then quit, bummer!

Welcome aboard. As for the virtual memory, I know of no reason not to use it at all 128MB.

If you mean YouTube (is Utube something else?), try using Canola or MyTube. Or check out Digia @scene.

For streaming radio, I recommend using the Internet Radio applet.
