Has any one felt increasing negativity on these forums. Can it be that competitors are hiring trolls to reduce the effect of nokia's forums?

I can foresee the future of this thread:
just another lame, quasi-intellectual pro et contra debate with main question these days : nokia is dumping us, why?

No there hasn't

But TBH, it's part and parcel of any forum. After moderating on the official forum of a musician for some years, and now running my own forum, just gotta make sure everyone shows restraint.
Some people will take a simple innocent post as a personal attack on them. It's partly caused by the language barrier and the mix of different slang terms.
