Dear admins,

This site (talk.maemo.org) contains an invaluable amount information regarding the most expensive phone I've ever purchased. It happens to be the only place I can get useful information regarding my device. So why torture us users with pointless and endless scrolling up and down in search for an answer?! We live in year 2011 and still have to spend hours upon hours scrolling through 50, 100, 200 posts within a topic to find anything relevant? We have genius developers here who can create practically miracles and yet we can't have a simple option to change the thread layout style. This is ridiculous!! When is this going to change?

I'm frustrated and outraged because this hasn't changed since the N900 came out. To me the whole existence of the forum became pointless to visit just because of this 'tiny' problem.

What we need is the option in preferences to display threads in a branching style that makes it easy to decide whose posts to read.

To whom should this be addressed to in order to see any changes?

Regards,
Pash

Change the wording on the post title
to something a little more polite than the inappropriate
"The thread layout sux d__k here!" title you gave it
and I will point you to that place.

Really?
What if I'm looking for an explanation, not just a single word?

There is a "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page that you could have used.

I've read a research paper that showed the likelyhood of somoene wanting to s**k d**k is greatly increased by a few orders of magnitude if he likes to verbally use that phrase, compared to those who don't use that phrase.
(ok, not really.)

well this forum is running vbulletin, it's supposed to support flat, threaded, and hybrid views. and users can choose which one they want. but its all locked down right now, probably because other customizations here don't support it.
