Probably some video chat services work, but those are always difficult to use because auf compatibility issues... in case you find any chat partner at all on the selected network.

3g videocalls are not supported (might be a software issue, dunno); video calls thru Skype work, but it doesn't always let you initiate them when you should be able to, though if the other side initiates the video call it seems to always work.
