ok so i typed power kernel in app manager, i see 4 apps:

Enhanced Linux kernel for power users (obsolete)
Linux kernel for power user
Linux kernel for power user (boot image for multiboot)
Linux kernel for power user (settings and overclock)

which one do i dl?
and is this method safe to OC to 1k mghz?

*EDIT*
I see U-Boot for kernel-power v46, is this what u referring to? so just install thats it??

i already got maxcpu installed

If you need to ask, overclocking is probably not advisable for you.
