One suggestion is to enter DrNokSnes controls dialog and try to remap any button there (using the Wiimote of course).

Well, the original DrPocketSnes does not. The current DrNokSnes has the multiplayer code from snes9x (which I've been told sucks, but didn't try myself). There's also code from osnes9x for adhoc...
