maxCPU - overclocking stopped working after updates
Hi,
I got notification for two applications updates regarding the kernel, after installation the overclocking widget (maxCPU) stopped working, i click on + and after confirm the message it still show 600MHz. Beside that the non responding desktop icons problem returned and only restart fix it (till the next time) I already try solve this by restore a backup i made 2 weeks ago but nothing. I hope someone here can help me solve the problem and save me some time of reflashing the device. Thanks, Bentzy. |
Re: maxCPU - overclocking stopped working after updates
the kp v49 (which you probably upgraded to- check via conky) uses new tables for overcolocking, so ALL apps for overclocking have to get upgraded by their devs.
so a) just wait or b) go back to v48 |

Also remember that if you are using Battery Patch, the default frequencies will return when you lock/unlock your phone
