The Droid looks and feels more substantial in person than the N900. The battery cover is metal, in addition to the screen rim. The lack of lens cover is unfortunate.

My take so far...

- N900 wins on software (Maemo 5 > Android 2.0)
- Droid wins on hardware (über sexy, but CDMA = fail)

Some factors to consider regarding the built-in GPS in the N810:

- The further away the current location is from the last location, the longer it takes the GPS to get a fix
- I get a fix a lot...

Then again, my iPhone gives me directions and turn-by-turn instructions for free! Of course I have to set my location...
