Re: Here's the Nokia N8-00 ?
Looks like the Iphony 3GS is no longer the most poweful phone:

Re: Here's the Nokia N8-00 ?
Is this a slightly underclocked OMAP3630? If so, there is some gaming potential after all (especially compared to Android handsets). This CPU should easily be able to beat the crap out of our N900's...

Re: Palm struggling to survive
Actually, the internals of the Palm Pre Plus are probably currently unbeaten (beside of the screen, of course). It's the inefficient OS, webOS, that slows the device down. Try running some 3D games...

Re: 62 apps at once challenge
There's no reason to decline the challenge. However, it might be a wise move to wait for the soon-to-be released PR1.2 firmware update.

Re: Is MeeGo iPhone wanna be?
If anything, MeeGo is an Android wannabe (when it comes to availibility in a wide variety of devices).
Except to see MeeGo equipped cars, microwaves etc. (in the very distant future)

Re: N900 Processor / GPU
Snapdragon has the Adreno 200 GPU (rebranded AMD z430), which makes Dreamcast's counterpart look snappy (word pun ;)).
The difference between a PowerVR SGX540/non-underclocked SGX535 and a PowerVR...

Re: Why buy a N900 now with MeeGo on the horizon?
I want to hear the promise that the N900 will get MeeGo 4 in 2013, else I officially announce it as obsolete.
Jokes aside, what Nokia is really planning to do, is to introduce the Qt framework to...

Re: N900 Stolen
It's sad to hear that things like this happens. The device should be able to be identified when it's using GSM or 3G network connection; hopefully you have its product code somewhere. The thieves are...
