In the homepage of Maemo ogg vorbis support 2.0 there are 3 files for IT2007 version:

gstreamer0.10-plugins-ivorbis_0.1-1_armel.deb
libvorbisdec1_1.2.0-1_armel.deb
mogg_0.2_all.deb
