its kind of simple to make but its just hard to get the right images that will go with all your wallpapers... But if you have Adobe Ps you can make scripts for this by recording a macro, all you have to do is load the pic and run the script.
Havent tried it yet, but I just thought of it.
edit:
I mean, for each of the wallpapers you want to set, you can batch the status bar macro.
