Yes, ( it is not necessary though). Both HTTP and HTTPS field with same Proxy Address and Port Numbers.
Proxy : 216.155.165.50
port : 8080

In the Connection Settings of your Phone you may need to do the following.
I have T-Mobile Phone Service and this works for me. I am not so sure about the setting options of your Moto RZR.
Data bearer - Packet Data
Access Point Name : wap.voicestream.com
Homepage: http:// www.tmobile.com
Everything else is blank.

Somehow today my phone connected via GPRS. However I still cannot bring up the web. The connection manager in the Nokia says I am sending data but it show 0B in the received field.
