the original version is the second one. i managed to get it back by reinstalling the keyboard. now im going to fix the other issue by applying themes.

Ok, I found where is the problem and why restore to default (D-2-3) not worked for you...
Probably you don't have "Clean backup" or if yes, your clean backup is not so clean. This is a reason why it not restored to default.
I checked it right now on both my devices and it worked without any problem.
Just download my clean backup from Tweak L

well thanks for the help but that did not work too. i fixed it using a friend's keyboard files with open ssh.

Not possible... Which files you changed manually ?
Can you explain exactly what you did ? Which tweak, step by step ?
I now checked the backup files from clean backup on dropbox and from clean backup on my both phones, it the same files and all work...

We are going to open thread about this problem. We are used different way to fix this problem .

Okay we can also add here the fix way. We are opening thread because maybe other related keyboard themes etc... born also this problem.

wow people mess their system up and the developer must request them to give their solutions here; instead of acceding to said request they rub it in further by saying they are going to post the solution here without posting it first...

IMO very ungrateful behavior...

I used the clean backup and applied a full restore again. Nothing changed and the backspace button was smaller again. so the full restore tweak has this problem. not the backup files.

the directory of the keyboard files is:
/usr/share/themes/blanco/meegotouch/images/theme/basement/meegotouch-virtual-keyboard

the solution for the small backspace is reinstalling the keyboard:
apt-get install meego-keyboard --reinstall

and this is also for the ones that has the same problem but couldnt fix their keyboard.
