So.........how is YOUR 770 doing now ?

I think I still like my 770 in one piece :-) If anything else, I may order the 4G MMC and give it a shot. But 2 G vs 4 G, really not that much a deal. I am more into HD. Somebody just brought to my attention that this one actually has a battery inside, 1350 mAH, all one has to do is to stuck in a HD and that is it, http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.781 ! And the N8x0 is NOT complaining. I ordered one and will give it a shot. i dont know how you guys use your tablet, I constantly running short on space. KDE/Debian/mmc boot took almost 2G. and the Maps is another 1.5G, on a 4G miniSD, not much room for anything. I am not going to invest in 8G or 16G with today's price. I am running around with my 160 G HD with extended battery and I am happy.........I just want this digimate thing to cut 2 more cables .

Corvette: You need a mmc card to do mmc boot, get the biggest card that you would like to invest and I will see to it that you will get a MMC/48 Mhz boot. How about that? MMCmobile and RS-MMC are compatible, although MMCmobile is faster.

The thought of my finger slipping and burning up my 770, is why I bought one of the 8GB cards.

So, you have made up your mind that you will NOT be the hero sought after by nhanquy. Neither do I.

That 2 G RS-MMC $29 shipped looked pretty descent. Would recommend 'serious' 770 user to stock up, as they are drying up very fast!

$75 + S/H for 8G was kind of stiff in the past. Now with the drying up of RS-MMC, that certainly looks very actractive. nhanquy and I were discussing about it. Thanks.

Maybe that price information is outdated and it got cheaper since then? That thread is few months old. And you can still try to hack that adapter from dealextreme. It is not so expensive so one could even get two or three and break them all while trying :-)

Wait, no opinions/answers on my question yet? Don't mean to be pushy, lol. So, after the flash to Fanoush's kernel, do I need to use the hotfix? This is on OS2007HE
