Yep , the path is right.
Did like shown in PDF still get that error.

Can you tweak the Operator name? Change it instead of hide it?
I really dont like using "HomeScreen Settings" app.

same result it says suitable interface(bootloader/phonet) not found

The last two 0.2, because you don't activated inception.
Run tweak EE, at the end it will also activate..
