If you are not a developer yourself, but still got a legit N950 with the blessing of Nokia, shouldn't you lend it to a developer for a while?

Perhaps I'm being dim here, but I don't get it. How does organising the Coding Competition get you/entitle you to an N950? As far as I am aware there were only 250 of these devices made, specifically for developers to develop for the N9. In contrast, there were 25,000 Lumias made for developers. We're talking a very scarce resource here. Doesn't it make sense to ensure that every one of those 250 devices makes it into a developer's hands to help the N9/Harmattan community and environment? If you are not a developer yourself, but still got a legit N950 with the blessing of Nokia, shouldn't you lend it to a developer for a while?
