Was a clean uninstall...and freed up about 5mb of root space. No...

Guys... a few facts....
1. The PR1.2 RC-leaked, ( so far) is better than any other N900 firmware I've used.... PERIOD!
2. It's source is unknown (it obviously started out from Nokia but it's path...

That the firmware was hosted on Chinese servers is the only link I see to China.
There's nothing else that says it's Chinese.

For me, Lehto's ulv versions were stable but the idle period battery drain of the ulv kernels (specifically the 1000, which was running at the default 800mhz ) was woeful.

Because "Nokia Software updater" does not recognise the phone until that info is restored.
