I care because I bought the phone because of how good the browser is supposed to be, now a good chunk of the webiste that heavily use flash are inaccessible.

So I've discovered that to be able to text I can only use fmms. Does anyone have the settings for fmms for Softbank. They are not in the wiki. Also I used this as the user agent, is this correct?

I got a Softbank simcard the other day. I can receive text and emails just fine on the cheap phone I was told to get with them, however when I put the sim card in my N900 I can only receive calls....

Mine opens fmms but it doesn't download without me clicking the message inside fmms. Is there any reason I get an sms and an email? sms I don't believe opens fmms but the email does. I have to check...

Word of caution, I was on the prepaid plan on SoftBank when I was in Japan and had to use the cheap free phone I got with my card because the card wouldn't work on my N95
