I also foolishly upgraded python-qt with apt and broke things. I messed around a lot trying to rebuild but downgrading apt-get install python2.5-sip4=4.10.5-maemo0 now lets me run anselA. Will try...

Network mode: Infrastructure
Security method: WPA with EAP
EAP type: PEAP
Select certificate: None
EAP method: EAP MSCHAPv2...

There were a bunch of media player icons not being used so I moved them over manually into default. I really like them, too. And I swapped the default buttons...

Same problem, replacing microb-engine and browserd didn't seem to help (and also messed with IM and email a lot!).

But I uninstalled a few extras devel apps - tracker config and then bt HID...
