Right you're, it may not be as useful as it seems, but it's fun to know.

You gotta wonder how the first person figure it out in the first place. XD

Quick reply...
Thank you!

CTRL+J+M+K+SPACE+L (L must be last)
Most likely, some developer built it into the system so that they could easily test which applications are portrait-ready, which have some glitches and which applications need a lot of work to work in portrait. Or is it a joke?

"Enter lock code" is ready for autorotation without any changes, by the way. And "Swipe to unlock" becomes blank from shame of not being able to rotate properly.

Flipping the phone from screen face up to face down snooze the alarm
Hang up (silence) an incoming call by hanging up (turning the phone upside down)

Interesting tips. Clever programmer(s). Somewhen that tips just have to be tried out.

If you want to open a contact by name, all you need to do is open the keyboard and start typing that person's name, the contact search will open on it's own. You do not need to open the contacts program first.

Two more for browser, quite handy when filling in some forms:

CTRL+RightArrow = Jumps to next text field on the page (equivalent to TAB on desktop PC)

CTRL+LeftArrow = Jumps to previous text field on the page (equivalent to SHIFT+TAB on desktop PC)

Just keep an eye on what you type, somtimes i've seen a glitch where right after control-arrowing the first character you type is inserted in the previous textfield instead of the current one (if you press an arrow key after control-arrowing the first char goes in the right place together with the rest)
