Well if someone figures out a way to execute those actions from command-line, you could automate it with ProfileMatic.

Is there a way to hide NFC pop up when tag is detected ? Rules work great but this pop up is really annoying...

It is annoying, and no one has yet found, I think, a solution to it. You can try putting different types of tags and report if you find any that doesn't show the pop up.
