Thanks everyone. As SavageBrat noted, I was leaving out the flasher-3.5 exe command. I included that and my n900 flashed successfully.:D

I tried to follow the instructions from wiki.maemo to the letter, but still couldn't get my n900 to flash. Could the problem be Vista?

This is the command I used. There was an attempt to flash, but then it returned to the flasher prompt with the cursor constantly blinking at the end
