Re: Wagic: a Magic The Gathering etc. engine
Hi, I am also experiencing this problem of the keys being 'too sensitive' - almost as though each keypress is being counted twice.
I have a clean install of the game - not an upgrade.
There are...

Re: [Announce] maeFat: Weight Tracking Tool
Hi,
I took a look at the data file. Not much to see, as only three time/weight entries.
However, the time given for the third entry was 6:60! (The reading was actually taken before 7am).

Re: [Announce] maeFat: Weight Tracking Tool
Hi,
Good work, nice to have a native implementation of the Hacker's Diet.
However, this program crashed for me on entering my weight on the third day, ie the third value. It now also hangs on...

Re: Panucci Podcast and Audiobook Player
An update on the above - I'm now running version Panucci 0.99.1.
I note that if I listen to a file in Panucci, started from gPodder, close the file, then re-open it it does indeed auto-resume.

Re: Panucci Podcast and Audiobook Player
Brilliant, thank you very much. As I said, this is one of the most useful programs on my n900.
I didn't realise it was a bug - I thought it was a design decision :-).

I use gpodder to download various podcasts.
Gpodder is configured to play the podcasts using panucci.
I select, let's say, podcast A in Gpodder and select play. It launches panucci, and...

Re: [ANNOUNCE] UnNethack: a modern nethack
Excellent, will take a look. I think there is a monster which is as dark as the dark potion as well, but I cannot recall what it was.
As an aside, there is a handy command built into unnethack...

Re: [ANNOUNCE] UnNethack: a modern nethack
For what it's worth, I'd vote for no graphics [yes, I'm old school] and no overlays on the screen. I also think the keyboard works well, and I don't see any point in removing precious screen real...

Re: [ANNOUNCE] UnNethack: a modern nethack
Another question, which probably has a very obvious answer!
How do I name my character? I don't see a prompt when starting the game as with nethack.
So far all my characters are stuck with the...

Re: [ANNOUNCE] UnNethack: a modern nethack
In response to my own post, I figured out how to change the colours - from the font option in the menu at the top.
Now I can't really see the blue objects lol, but that's probably more to do with...

Re: [ANNOUNCE] UnNethack: a modern nethack
Hey tkatchev,
Thanks for the response. Am really enjoying playing this - tried a port on the N800 a few years back, but it never really worked that well without a keyboard. Can't think why it's...

Re: [ANNOUNCE] UnNethack: a modern nethack
Hi,
Thanks for this port - looks promising, and has rekindled my interest in the game not having played for a while. Goodbye large amounts of spare time :-).
I have a couple of questions:
