try giffgaff (http://giffgaff.com) - they're an MNVO that runs on the O2 network, but unlike O2 they actually allow audio and video streaming in their T&C.
also they're pretty damn great

i can also attest to the fact that i've been using my N900 on O2 since December with no issues on doing anything i want on my phone. Skype, YouTube, Qik...all work fine
