I only have empty tags.
I missaid... I meant if you have found any other thing to write to an empty tag besides the Bluetooth thing that would not display any annoying pop-up?

No, I haven't stumbled on to any other records that don't show dialog popups.

An ugly workaround to the popup problem would be to write a fake Bluetooth Audio Tag to every tag used with ProfileMatic and turn BT off after reading the tag.

Hi to all
Some useful info...
If someone want to add "switch internet connection off/on" action.
You can do it with "mcetools".

Open mode or Inception REQUIRED!

Install it with:
Code:
apt-get install mcetools
if you have inception INSTALLED, you CAN'T install it directly with apt-get, you need first to download it and after this install with incept (you need SDK repo or you can install it from MeeCatalog):
Code:
apt-get install -d mcetools
/usr/sbin/incept /var/cache/apt/archives/mcetools*
or for Open mode:
Code:
apt-get install -d mcetools
AEGIS_FIXED_ORIGIN=com.nokia.maemo dpkg -i /var/cache/apt/archives/mcetools*
to switch off internet connection:
Code:
/sbin/mcetool --disable-radio=wlan
to switch on:
Code:
/sbin/mcetool --enable-radio=wlan
Big thanks to Coderus for help with this

P.S. you also can download this package here.

Thank you for sharing this. I've added your post to first post's recipes. I'm sure this will be useful as many people have asked about this.

Can you please do a small correction on your post to be as newbie friendly as possible:

I guess this was meant to say "If you DON'T have inception" .

Hmm.. I mean "if you have inception INSTALLED, you CAN'T install it directly with apt-get, you need first to download it and after this install with incept"
It's more newbie friendly ? Sorry, my English is not so good..

I guess some users may also be confused about repository, since the one containing mcetools is not there by default.

MeeCatalog is an easy tool to add it, btw.
