Can anybody explain to me how the multitasking menu work? He has a 2x2 grid, and then individual apps. ?? Is it a feature?

The multi-tasking view is similar to Fremantle's...

Indeed, just opening some apps, multitasking, browser some special things you don't find on other N950 just a tour in the whole OS
