AFAIK, N9 screen can not be anyhow replaced in place of N950. it has not the same size, flex cable and so on.

that LCDs are the same - on alfa and first beta models. if you do not have N950 Beta2 (yes, that concrete model) with AMOLED (not LCD as black has) and curved glass, you'll not gain anything by replacing it. But you'll never get silver Beta2 model to have the best ever was from N950

but is it possible? to connect the black N950 LCD on N9-00 Dali.

well you never want to replace display in grey N950 as 512MB is pretty useless if you want to run Harmattan on it. But the other way works (depending if your grey one is from B1/B2/B3/B4/F5 build) with minor modifications. Depending on model (screw holes and alignment holes) you can use dremel to remove blocking alignment metal pieces, and after that grey display fits on black 1GB N950 devel device. Most of the displays from B0 & B1 builds (even the black ones) are not compatible with devel devices.

hah, your silver proto has the same LCD as blac one has AFAIK only glass was diferent. you do not have beta2 with AMOLED.
I'm curious where did you get it.

well, someone will be paid then I don't care, but I would like to have it too. Problem is, it has slightly different HW and no SW updates are applicable without some changes.
