@Cepi, you read my mind. I was actually going to ask about reading ringtones from /home/user/.ring-tones !! I actually did not like the fact that placing an mp3 tone in MyDocs/Ringtones makes it appear inside music DB as well.

Yes, volume issue is fixed too
Thanks to @brkn it uses the profile volume instead the media volume

hey everyone..just a quick update regarding
pictures not showing or abnormal wazapp behaviour..
just Uninstall wazapp and then remove all the files from
/opt/waxmppplugin (just delete the bin folder there)
reboot-install wazapp latest deb- reboot and viola..everything works fine
