If the Jolla is anything like the N9, I would bet that eventually somebody would eventually work out a way to customise the 'status' area to have whatever you want.

It would be nice if Sleeper is exported to Sailfish. It's the timer app on the N9 that automatically turns off the music player. I use it daily.

I deleted & re-added my account, then went through the whole memailsettings things again. Seems to be working, although it didnt sync up my old calendar events

I've also just hit problems syncing with mail for exchange today. Seems to have eaten up my contacts also.

I was half-way through writting a text message, suddenly the contact pic card went blank...

I think the look is ok, and will grow on me, but in the video, it looks difficult to read the screen in sunlight. Although they have half a year or so to add a polarized layer

I don't think it has anything to do with N9QT Schturman. I was just suggesting Greendts to be patient with his messaging app, as it worked for me.

I had the same problem with the messaging app. Somehow it fixed itself (sort of). It now works but is quite slow - I have to wait for it to respond to every action.

I don't know about that.

It might turn out to be a positive that they have the flexibility to substitute the right person for the job as they progress through each stage of development and...

I actually think that I will like the pulley menu, so long as it works smoothly and responsively all the time. Haptics are always a plus in my opinion also!

I agree. Ambiance is a nice thing to have, but I'm already mostly over it. I hope there is the option of turning the transparency off if I want.

After watching all the videos of Sailfish at MWC, what does everybody think of it?

I'm personally liking everything new they showed since SLUSH, but I don't think that it is quite as pretty as...
