Stopped using my N900 as a phone (on Verizon now) so use my N900 as a media, MAME, console emulator and Flash game player.
I do not even use the browser on wifi now, since a lot of Flash sites...

Same thing on Droid- 1.1ghz appears to be the ceiling of the 3430.
IMO, 800mhz is the best compromise, since significantly better performance than 600mhz and much less of a chance for device...
